Fort du Mont-Alban is perched at 220 meters altitude on Mont Boron hill in eastern Nice, strategically positioned between the city of Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer harbor within the Mont Boron Forest Park. This 16th-century fortification offers sweeping panoramic views of the Baie des Anges to the west, Cap Ferrat and the Villefranche bay to the east, and on clear days extending to the Esterel Massif and Italian Riviera. Nearby attractions include hiking trails through the 57-hectare park, the Citadel of Saint-Elme in Villefranche-sur-Mer, and easy access via Nice's bus line 14, with proximity to coastal paths linking to the old port and city center.​
