This magnificent estate boasts over 300 years of history with the main building dating from the 1600s and its east wing from 1733, having been owned by the influential Tank and Anker families from 1750 onward, featuring aristocratic interiors, valuable artworks, elegant baroque-style architecture, and wedding-hall elegance that reveals 18th-19th century Norwegian aristocratic life when guided summer tours from May to September open its doors to visitors.
