Kunstraum Engländerbau is a leading venue for contemporary art in Vaduz, located on the second floor of the historic Engländerbau building. Since its founding in 2002, it has served as a dynamic platform for artists from Liechtenstein and the surrounding region, presenting a diverse program of exhibitions, installations, performances, and interdisciplinary projects. With 300 square meters of flexible space, the Kunstraum fosters dialogue between visual and auditory experiences, often exploring the boundaries between media. It is not a commercial gallery but a space for exchange, reflection, and experimentation, supported by the Kulturstiftung Liechtenstein. Over the years, it has hosted more than 100 exhibitions and 500 accompanying events, attracting over 80,000 visitors. Admission is free, and the venue continues to play a vital role in shaping Liechtenstein’s cultural identity by making contemporary art accessible and engaging to a broad public.
