Musée des Augustins Toulouse is located at 21 Rue de Metz in the heart of the city centre, housed in a former 14th-century Augustinian convent between Rue de Metz and Rue Alsace-Lorraine, easily accessible via Esquirol metro station (Line A) or Carmes station (Line B), and close to Place Esquirol. Nearby attractions include the historic Hôtel d'Assézat mansion, Saint-Jérôme church, the vibrant Capitole district with its city hall and opera house, as well as the Garonne River and Place du Capitole for shopping and dining, all within a short walk. The museum is set to reopen on December 19, 2025, after renovations.
