BioBazar, Poland’s first certified organic market, has found a permanent home in the revitalized Norblin Factory in Warsaw. Established in 2010, the market returned to its original location in September 2021 after a period in Mokotów during the factory's renovation. Today, BioBazar operates five days a week, hosting nearly 60 exhibitors in a beautifully restored 2,000-square-meter hall. The market offers a wide range of organic and artisanal products, including dairy, meat, fruits, vegetables, ready meals, and more. Visitors can also find fish from natural sources, wild herbs, forest mushrooms, and products from small local producers. In addition to shopping, BioBazar features Bistro BioBazar, a seasonal eatery serving dishes prepared from market products, emphasizing sustainability and seasonal cuisine. The bistro is led by Chef Michał Toczyłowski, known for his work in renowned Warsaw restaurants. BioBazar operates five days a week, from Tuesday to Saturday, and is located in the western part of the Norblin Factory complex, accessible from Łucka Street. Visitors can enjoy a unique shopping experience in a historic setting, making it a must-visit destination for those interested in organic products and sustainable living.
