Det Andre Teatret, Oslo’s pioneering improv theatre, has been delighting audiences since 2011 with its bold, unscripted performances and playful spirit. Located in a converted factory space at Ivan Bjørndals gate 9, it offers an intimate, informal setting where spontaneity reigns. Founded by a group of passionate improvisers, the theatre quickly became a hub for creative expression, hosting over 350 shows annually ranging from family-friendly sketches to edgy adult comedy. Its ensemble is known for engaging directly with the audience, crafting scenes in real time that are as unpredictable as they are hilarious.
