Parc du Château d’Eau is located at Avenue Raymond Poincaré, 68000 Colmar, on one of the city's highest points south of the historic old town center, France. This late 19th-century park, also known as Parc de la Cour d’Appel due to its proximity to the courthouse, features a striking neo-Gothic water tower built in 1884-1886, a Bartholdi monument, ancient trees like sequoias and swamp cypresses, a rosarium with 38 rose varieties, playgrounds, and shaded paths ideal for picnics. Nearby, the train station offers easy access just minutes away, alongside the courthouse, residential areas with shops, and a short walk or drive to central landmarks such as Parc du Champ de Mars, Collégiale Saint-Martin, and the pedestrian streets of the old town with their half-timbered houses and cafés.​
