Église Saint‑Vincent is a Protestant church in the historic centre of Montreux, on the shores of Lake Geneva in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. It stands above the old village of Montreux‑Vieux on Rue du Temple, reached by a short climb from the lakeside promenade and the main railway station. The church occupies a prominent terrace overlooking the town, the lake and the surrounding vineyards. Its present Gothic form dates mainly from the late 15th and early 16th centuries, though excavations have revealed earlier church foundations on the site from as far back as the 8th century. The church sits at the heart of Montreux’s old quarter, within easy walking distance of the town’s main sights. A short descent leads to the lakeside promenade with its subtropical parks, the Freddie Mercury statue and the Casino Barrière, home to the Queen Studio Experience.
