Cathedral of Saint George Prizren

Cathedral of Saint George is one of Prizren’s most significant Orthodox landmarks, standing at the heart of the old town with a history marked by resilience and renewal. Originally built in the mid‑19th century, the cathedral became the seat of the Serbian Orthodox Eparchy of Raška and Prizren, giving it a central role in the region’s religious life.
