The sauna retains its historic charm with separate spacious facilities for men and women, each featuring large benches and traditional heat-storage stoves—some weighing up to 7,000 kg—providing mellow, soft steam known as löyly. Visitors can experience sauna culture much as it was nearly a century ago, from the ritual of throwing water on the hot stones to cooling off outdoors between sessions. Additional services include classic scrubbing by washing ladies, massages, cupping, and even manicures or pedicures by advance booking. The sauna is best enjoyed without swimwear, and towels and refreshments can be rented on site.
