NEMO Science Museum is located at Oosterdok 2, 1011 VX Amsterdam, prominently positioned on the eastern edge of the city center on the man-made Oosterdokseiland. The museum’s striking copper-green building, designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano, rises above the IJ-tunnel and is easily visible from Amsterdam Central Station. Visitors can reach NEMO with a pleasant 10- to 15-minute walk from Central Station, enjoying scenic views of the waterfront and the city’s vibrant maritime district along the way.
