This 16th-century water reservoir, part of the Aqueduto da Água de Prata, sits amid charming narrow streets near key landmarks including Praça do Giraldo with its fountain, the Arco Romano de Dona Isabel, Igreja de Santo Antão, the Clock Museum, and the Roman Temple, all within a few hundred metres for easy exploration on foot. The site blends seamlessly into the medieval urban fabric, close to noble houses and the city’s medieval walls.
