The Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help, St Mary Magdalene and St Stanislaus the Bishop is one of Poznań’s most magnificent Baroque churches and a defining landmark of the Old Town. Known locally as the Fara, it impresses with its soaring façade, richly decorated interior and a sense of grandeur that reflects the ambitions of the Jesuit order who built it in the seventeenth century. Inside, visitors encounter an abundance of sculptural detail, vibrant altars and one of the finest organs in the region, creating an atmosphere that is both dramatic and deeply spiritual.
