Castle Museum Szeged

The Castle Museum in Szeged occupies the last surviving fragment of the city’s medieval fortress, a structure once guarding the banks of the Tisza. Most of the original castle was demolished in the 19th century, making this preserved wing a rare architectural witness to Szeged’s early history.
