Located on the Teerhof peninsula, just steps from the Weserburg Museum and GAK Gesellschaft für Aktuelle Kunst, it offers seventeen studios for visual artists, two guest studios, and specialized facilities such as a wood and print workshop. The public gallery presents four to five exhibitions each year, often accompanied by artist talks, performances, and film screenings, ensuring that visitors experience art in dialogue with its creators. The house also hosts the professional associations BBK and GEDOK, fostering collaboration and networking across disciplines.
