The Museo San Juan de Dios, housed in the historic Casa de los Pisa in Granada, offers an intimate look into the life and legacy of Saint John of God, founder of the Hospitaller Order. Museo San Juan de Dios "Casa de los Pisa" is located at Calle Convalecencia 1 in Granada's central historic district, housed in a magnificent 15th-century mansion built by the wealthy Pisa family. This aristocratic residence, where Saint John of God spent his final days until 1550, stands near the bustling Carrera del Darro and offers easy access to the Darro River's scenic paseos. Nearby landmarks include the Granada Cathedral and Royal Chapel just a short walk away, the Church of San Gil y Santa Ana, the Real Chancillería, and the atmospheric Plaza de Santa Ana with its riverside cafés.
