Iglesia Parroquial de Nuestro Salvador is one of the most historically layered temples in Granada, standing on the site of the former Great Mosque of the Albaicín. Rebuilt in the 16th century after the Christian conquest, the church preserves elements of its Islamic past, most notably the original minaret, which now serves as a bell tower and remains one of the finest examples of Almohad architecture in the city.
