Kloosterkerk is located on the elegant Lange Voorhout avenue at the corner of Parkstraat, in the heart of The Hague's historic city centre. Dating back to 1397 as part of a Dominican monastery, this late Gothic Protestant church has long been associated with the Dutch royal family, including services attended by former Queen Beatrix. Nearby lie Noordeinde Palace with its public gardens, the Binnenhof parliamentary complex, chic boutiques and art galleries lining Lange Voorhout, Kneuterdijk historic district, and tram stops at Kneuterdijk for easy access from Den Haag Centraal station.
