Kungsträdgården, known as "Kungsan," is a central urban park in Stockholm, located in the Norrmalm district at Jussi Björlings allé, 111 53 Stockholm. It is a lively gathering spot famous for its outdoor cafés, open-air concerts, and winter ice rink, making it one of the city’s most popular meeting places. The park is divided into several distinct areas, including squares dedicated to Charles XII and Charles XIII, Molin's Fountain, and the Fountain of Wolodarski. Surrounding Kungsträdgården are several landmarks: to the south, Strömgatan connects to bridges leading to Gamla Stan and the Royal Palace; to the north is Hamngatan with department stores like Nordiska Kompaniet (NK); to the east, prominent buildings line Kungsträdgårdsgatan, including the Stockholm Synagogue and the headquarters of Handelsbanken; and to the west are the Royal Swedish Opera, Saint James's Church, and Sverigehuset, which houses a tourist information center.
