MissionArt Gallery
Established in 1990, MissionArt Gallery is a cornerstone of Budapest’s contemporary and classical modern art scene. Located on Falk Miksa Street, the gallery is known for its dual focus on 20th-century Hungarian painting and contemporary visual culture. Over the decades, it has curated more than 300 exhibitions and published over 50 catalogues and monographs, contributing significantly to art scholarship. MissionArt Gallery regularly participates in international art fairs, including Art Market Budapest and Art Forum Berlin, and its activities have been featured in global publications such as Die Zeit and the Financial Times. The gallery is led by art historians László Jurecskó and Zsolt Kishonthy, whose curatorial vision bridges tradition and innovation.
