Tour Philippe-le-Bel is a 14th-century medieval tower situated in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, Gard department, southern France, on the right bank of the Rhône River directly opposite Avignon. Positioned at the former French end of the Pont Saint-Bénézet (Pont d'Avignon), it stands at Rue de la Montée de la Tour amid scenic riverfront gardens and offers panoramic views across the Rhône to Avignon's Palais des Papes and ramparts. Nearby attractions include the Fort Saint-André and Abbaye Saint-André on Mont Andaon hill above the village, the Chartreuse du Val de Bénédiction monastery, Villeneuve's historic center with shops and cafés, and easy pedestrian or cycling access to the river quays and bridges linking to Avignon.​
