The Church of Saint-Agricol is located at 23 Rue Saint-Agricol in the Fustiers quarter, right in the historic centre of Avignon within the medieval walls, a short walk from the Rhône River. It stands between Place de l’Horloge and the riverfront, close to the Palais des Papes and Cathédrale Notre-Dame des Doms, and just minutes from nearby attractions such as the Musée Calvet and Musée Lapidaire, Porte de l’Oulle city gate, main shopping streets, cafés and restaurants in the old town.​
