The Iglesia de San Andrés is located in Segovia’s old town, in the Plaza de la Merced, just off Calle San Andrés, a short walk from the Cathedral and on the usual route between the Cathedral and the Alcázar. It stands in the heart of the historic centre, very close to the Segovia Cathedral, only a few minutes’ walk from Plaza Mayor, and within easy reach of the Roman Aqueduct and the Alcázar. Nearby, the area is near the Jewish Quarter (Judería), the Church of San Martín and Plaza de San Martín, the Torreón de Lozoya, the Casa de los Picos, and a short stroll from the Teatro Juan Bravo, Museo Zuloaga, and the main tourist office on Plaza del Azoguejo, all linked by Segovia’s typical medieval streets and squares.
