Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Fuencisla stands at the foot of Segovia’s cliffs, a peaceful sanctuary dedicated to the city’s patron saint. The Santuario de Nuestra Señora de la Fuencisla is located in the northern part of Segovia, just outside the old town walls on the banks of the Eresma River, at Paseo de Segundo Rincón, s/n, 40003 Segovia, Spain. It stands a short walk from the city centre, near the Jewish Quarter and the old hospital area, and is easily reached from the historic core via the Paseo de la Alameda, close to the confluence of the Eresma and Clamores rivers. Nearby are the Monastery of San Juan de la Cruz, the Church of San Sebastián, the Church of San Estebán, and the Iglesia de San Andrés, while the main tourist sites – the Roman Aqueduct, the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, and the Alcázar – are about a 15–20 minute walk back through Segovia’s old town streets.
