“Central de Saelices” almost certainly refers to the small hydroelectric power station (Central Hidroeléctrica) near the Molino de Saelices, located in the Cigarrales area of Toledo, right on the banks of the Tagus River in the municipality of Toledo. It lies in the valley below the walled city, just east of the Puente de Alcántara, in the riverside area of Cigarrales where there are several old mills and walking paths along the river. Nearby are the riverbank promenades, the popular Puente de Alcántara viewpoint, and the Barrio de Santa Catalina, with easy access to the historic centre, the Cathedral of Toledo, and the Alcázar via the steep streets leading up from the river.
