Rising 250 meters above the Danube in the Donau City district, this 60-story skyscraper was designed by French architect Dominique Perrault and completed in 2013. DC Tower 1, Austria’s tallest skyscraper at 250 meters, is located at Donau-City-Straße 7 in Vienna’s 22nd district, Donaustadt. This striking glass tower is a landmark of the Donau City area, positioned along the Danube River and easily accessible via the U1 metro line at Kaisermühlen – Vienna International Center station, which connects directly to the city center in about eight minutes. The tower features offices, a four-star hotel, apartments, a sky bar, restaurants, and a fitness center, with panoramic views from its upper floors. Nearby, visitors will find the Vienna International Centre (UNO City), the Austria Center Vienna, and the Donaupark, a large green space ideal for relaxation and recreation.
