The Porto Tram Museum (Museu do Carro Eléctrico) is located at Alameda de Basílio Teles 51, 4150-127 Porto, in the Massarelos area on the north bank of the Douro River estuary, housed in the historic former Massarelos power station next to the tram depot. This riverside spot places it near the scenic Line 1 heritage tram route, with stops for trams 1, 18, and 22 providing direct links to the Ribeira district and Foz do Douro beaches.
