Teatro Carlos Alberto is located at Rua das Oliveiras 43, 4050-449 Porto, in the heart of the Vitória parish within Porto's UNESCO-listed historic centre. Built in 1897 on the grounds of the Palacete do Barão do Valado and recently restored, it sits just 300 metres from São Bento train and metro station (Yellow Line D), with Trindade metro nearby via pedestrian streets. Nearby, the area blends with Baixa's energy: Capela das Almas church (400m) dazzles with blue azulejo tiles, while Rua de Santa Catarina offers shopping and cafés steps away.
