Begijnhofkapel (Beguinage Church), dedicated to St Elizabeth of Hungary, is centrally located within the UNESCO-listed Princely Beguinage Ten Wijngaerde (Begijnhof) at Begijnhof 30 in southwest Bruges’ historic centre. Reached via the picturesque Wijngaardbrug (Wijngaard Bridge) from Minnewaterpark, it anchors the tranquil white-washed courtyard of 16th-18th century houses, a 15-minute walk from Station Brugge or via bus stop 502818 (Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekerk) and Katelijne car park. Nearby are Minnewater Lake (Lake of Love) and its swan-filled park just across the bridge, St John’s Hospital and Memling Museum 0.2 miles north, the Church of Our Lady and Markt Square within 0.5 miles, and the Beguinage Museum in one of the historic houses on-site.
