Therme București is located at Calea Bucureşti 1K, 077015 Balotești, just about 10 to 20 kilometers north of central Bucharest, along the DN1 national road. This premier wellness and relaxation center is Europe’s largest spa complex, drawing over a million visitors annually. It boasts 10 indoor and outdoor thermal pools heated to around 33°C with water from deep geothermal springs, 10 saunas, 16 water slides, and Romania’s largest botanical garden with more than 800,000 plants including 1,500 palm trees, all under a grand tropical glass dome. Nearby, visitors can enjoy the expansive and lush surroundings of Balotești, a tranquil area that contrasts with Bucharest’s urban bustle, offering easy access by car and some transport services.
