Centrul Artelor Vizuale Multimedia (CAV), located on Strada Biserica Enei in Bucharest, is a dynamic space dedicated to contemporary artistic expression. Managed by the Union of Visual Artists, CAV fosters creativity by supporting emerging voices and showcasing noncommercial, experimental projects. Since its revitalization in 2018, the centre has hosted a wide range of exhibitions, performances, and public art programs that challenge conventional formats and encourage critical dialogue. Its curatorial direction embraces provocative and unconventional works, often addressing themes of technology, domesticity, and urban life. CAV also plays a key role in international collaborations, such as hosting pavilions for The Wrong Biennale and co-organizing the BSBSA street art exhibition featuring artists from Romania, Serbia, and Bulgaria.
