Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park, also known as Titan Park, is one of Bucharest’s largest and most diverse green spaces. Spanning 85 hectares, the park features Lake Titan, which is home to five picturesque islands, including Pensioners’ Island, Roses Island, and Dogs’ Island. Originally developed in the 1970s, the park has become a favorite destination for relaxation, sports, and outdoor activities. Visitors can enjoy kayaking and boat rentals on the lake, explore landscaped gardens, or unwind at the many cafés and restaurants overlooking the water. The park also features playgrounds, basketball courts, football fields, and tennis courts, making it ideal for families and fitness enthusiasts. A standout attraction is the Pentecostal Church, built in the Maramureș architectural style, which adds a cultural touch to the park’s landscape.

Alexandru Ioan Cuza Park, also known as IOR Park or Titan Park, is located in the eastern part of Bucharest, in Sector 3, within the Titan-Balta Alba neighborhood. The park is centered around a large lake and is surrounded by residential areas with streets such as Camil Ressu, Liviu Rebreanu, Câmpia Libertății, Constantin Brâncuși, Baba Novac, and Nicolae Grigorescu. Nearby attractions include ParkLake Shopping Center, a modern mall offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as the Church "The Descent of the Holy Spirit," built in traditional Maramureș wooden style within the park. The park features several small islands, including a dog-friendly island, and offers facilities for sports, playgrounds, and leisure activities.
