Founded in 2015 by Suzana Vasilescu and co-directed with Cristina Vasilescu, Suprainfinit Gallery in Bucharest is a dynamic space dedicated to conceptual art practices, with a strong focus on Eastern and Central European artists. Located on Mântuleasa Street, the gallery supports emerging and mid-career creatives through newly commissioned works and large-scale installations. Its name draws inspiration from the utopian universe imagined by the artist collective Apparatus 22, reflecting a commitment to pluralism and experimentation. Suprainfinit’s curatorial approach is multilayered, engaging audiences through exhibitions, public programming, and site-specific projects like the Sequence vitrine initiative.
