Burgers' Zoo is located at Antoon van Hooffplein 1 in the northern outskirts of Arnhem, nestled in a wooded area just a short bus ride (line 3 every 15 minutes) from Arnhem Centraal station. This expansive 45-hectare zoo features eco-displays like rainforest, ocean aquarium, safari, and desert exhibits, drawing over 1.5 million visitors yearly. Nearby attractions include the Netherlands Open Air Museum a quick walk north, Sonsbeek Park with its trails and watermill to the south, and easy access to the city centre's Eusebiuskerk, Rhine riverfront, and John Frost Bridge via public transport or car, with ample on-site parking.
