Aalborg Teater is located at Jernbanegade 14, 9000 Aalborg, Denmark, in the heart of the city center just steps from Aalborg Station. Established in 1878, this historic theater features four stages including the main stage, the intimate scene, the experimental scene, and the children and youth scene, welcoming around 70,000 visitors annually. Immediately nearby lies Kildeparken, one of Aalborg's oldest parks dating from 1802, famous for its Park of Music where visiting artists have planted trees with speakers playing their music. Within a 5 to 10-minute walk visitors can reach the vibrant Jomfru Ane Gade entertainment street, Budolfi Cathedral on Gammeltorv square, Aalborg Historical Museum, and the underground Gråbrødrekloster Museum. Other nearby attractions include the Utzon Center and House of Music along the scenic Limfjord waterfront, Aalborghus Castle with its half-timbered 16th-century architecture, and the Nordkraft cultural center housed in a former power station.
