Musikkens Hus is located on Musikkens Plads 1 on Aalborg’s waterfront, right by the Limfjord in northern Jutland, Denmark, forming part of the city’s modern cultural quarter. The building stands in the old port area close to the converted power-station arts complex Nordkraft and within walking distance of the Utzon Center on the harbourfront. From here, visitors are also near Aalborg’s compact city centre with its shops, cafés and restaurants, and just a short walk or bus ride from major attractions such as Aalborg Zoo and the modern art museum KUNSTEN.
