Museum Gardens is located in the heart of York, stretching from the River Ouse to the back of York Art Gallery, with entrances on Museum Street near Lendal Bridge, Marygate by St Olave's Church, and from the riverside walk next to the Ouse. This ten-acre green space surrounds the Yorkshire Museum and is famed for its botanical collections, historical ruins, and wildlife.
