Dynamite Gallery

Dynamite Gallery
About

Founded in 2013, Dynamite Gallery quickly became one of Brighton’s most distinctive independent art spaces, known for its bold, eclectic mix of international and local talent. Situated just minutes from Brighton Station at the edge of the North Laine, the gallery showcased original works, limited‑edition prints, and sculpture that ranged from delicate and beautiful to daring and provocative. Its ethos was to champion artists with unique voices—some already established, others at the very start of promising careers—offering visitors the chance to discover pieces not easily found elsewhere. Over the years, Dynamite gained a reputation for its edgy, imaginative exhibitions and its commitment to making art accessible through flexible payment plans and a welcoming atmosphere. In 2023 the gallery closed its Brighton space to focus on art fairs and exhibitions across the UK, extending its reach to London venues in Brixton, Brick Lane, and Farringdon. Though no longer a permanent fixture in the city, Dynamite Gallery’s legacy continues to resonate in Brighton’s vibrant arts scene, remembered for igniting imaginations with its uncompromising vision.
