The Skyline Garden in Frankfurt am Main is a unique rooftop oasis that crowns the Skyline Plaza shopping center, offering both relaxation and spectacular views of the city. Spread across more than 7,000 square meters, this elevated park combines landscaped greenery, walking paths, and leisure facilities with panoramic vistas of Frankfurt’s famous skyline. Opened in 2013, it was designed as a modern urban retreat, where visitors can enjoy lawns, flowerbeds, and shaded seating areas high above the bustle of the Europaviertel. Families appreciate the playgrounds and sports areas, while couples and friends gather at the rooftop restaurant and bar to watch the sunset over the Main River. Seasonal events such as open-air concerts, ice skating, and themed festivals add to its lively atmosphere, making the Skyline Garden not just a viewpoint but a cultural venue in its own right. Skyline Garden is situated atop the Skyline Plaza shopping mall in Frankfurt am Main’s western Europaviertel district, near the Messe Frankfurt trade fair grounds. This lush rooftop garden offers a unique urban oasis with panoramic views of the city skyline, green spaces, a children’s playground, and varied recreational areas. The rooftop also features ALEX, a spacious indoor-outdoor restaurant serving all-day meals and cocktails in a relaxed, garden-like setting. Skyline Plaza itself hosts around 170 shops, a large food court, a spa, and is well connected by public transport with easy access from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. Nearby are the Messeturm skyscraper, the Grand Tower residential high-rise, and the city’s vibrant business and exhibition districts, making this a prime spot for leisure, shopping, and stunning city views.​
