Founded in 1997 and relocated in 2019 to the Spinnerei, the city’s famous former cotton mill turned cultural hub, LOFFT has become one of Saxony’s most important venues for contemporary performance. Its loft-like halls, seating around 200 guests, provide a flexible space for innovative productions that often blur the boundaries between genres and explore urgent social themes.
